Founded in 1996 by a small group of contractors, the Association has grown to include over 50 members that are committed to raising industry standards. Working closely with legislators, industry experts and labor-management, the ECA establishes best practices, standard procedures and safety initiatives which our members have committed to follow with ensured compliance monitored by ECA certified supervisors.
